"I am worried by 6k year-end target [for the S&P 500] is too low," is the optimistic tone that Goldman Sachs flow of funds guru, Scott Rubner, begins his note to clients today, adding that he is "bullish on US Equities for a year-end rally starting on October 28th."

BUT...

Between then and now, the path is not linear as Rubner warns "I am tactically bearish on US equities over the next 3 weeks":
