UBS: "How Different Could Trump 2.0 Be From Trump 1.0?"

Four billion people are expected to vote in 75 elections this year, with the US presidential election poised to be the most watched. The latest NBC News national poll shows GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump has a 20-point lead over President Biden on which candidate would better handle the economy. And Trump commands a 30-point lead over Biden handling immigration and border security.

Last week, we cited a note from UBS that explained a Trump-led Republican sweep could provide a boost to the US dollar and bond yields and drive some idiosyncratic shifts in international and domestic stocks.
