Rapper Blueface has been ordered to pay over $13 million to Euphoric Men’s Club over an October 8, 2023, shooting the club owner claimed shut the business down.
KTNV reported a man flagged down police on October 8, 2023, to say he had allegedly been attacked by members of Blueface’s entourage outside Euphoric Men’s Club and shots were fired at him once he got into his vehicle to flee.
The man said he “[accelerated] at a high rate of speed” and hit other cars in the club’s parking lot in an effort to get away.
Surveillance video showed an individual police believed to be Blueface allegedly shooting two rounds at the man’s truck.
Blueface was arrested and charged with “attempted murder with a deadly weapon, [discharging] a firearm into an occupied vehicle (two counts), … [and] possession of a gun by a prohibited person.”
Blueface availed himself of a plea deal to secure a suspended sentence in regards to criminal charges but the owner of Euphoric Men’s Club sued the rapper and on October 23, 2023, TMZ Hip Hop noted Blueface was ordered to pay $13,072,482 in damages.
The judgement total is broken down into categories of “$12.6 million in lost revenue, lease damages of $198K, $84k in payroll expenses to employees who had to be paid following the club’s Nov. 2022 shutdown, and more.”
