- ½ teaspoon citric acid or lemon zest

- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Parmesan cheese (finely grated, for topping)
- Optional: Linguine noodles (for serving, cooked al dente)
