The Latest Outrage As The Jury Deliberates
The latest outrage in the Daniel Penny saga, as a jury deliberates his fate, is Jordan Neely's deadbeat father suing Penny for restraining his late son, who spent his last day on earth menacing Subway riders.
Looks like there is a way to get inner city deadbeat dads to care about their kids after all https://t.co/dTOiL02UeU

But something even more outrageous was brought to light recently, by the same pseudonymous X poster who brought national attention to plight of Springfield Ohio a few months ago.
Meet Daniel Penny's Prosecutor, ADA Dafna Yoran
Assistant District Attorney Dafna Yoran is the leftist lesbian who has been prosecuting Daniel Penny for protecting his fellow subway riders from repeat offender Jordan Neely.
This is Daniel Penny's prosecutor Dafna Yoran (Who repeatedly referred to Penny as the "White man" during the trial) , as profiled in Go Magazine's "100 Women We Love." She brags about pioneering the "restorative justice" sentence for an NYC murderer. pic.twitter.com/NVeFxko2dS

It would be one thing if she were simply a tough prosecutor who threw the book at everyone, but she's not. In the video below, she brags about a particular case of "restorative justice": going easy on a black felony murderer who killed an elderly Asian man while robbing him.
Absolutely insane, must-watch clip of Daniel Penny's prosecutor Dafna Yoran. She talks about how she reduced a clear cut felony murder charge to (manslaughter?) because she "felt sorry for the past trauma" that the armed robber had endured. "Restorative justice" insanity. pic.twitter.com/KpJg8GHmt5

Why would Yoran go easy on a black felony murderer while throwing the book at a defendant she refers to as "the white man"? To ask the question is to answer it. Hopefully, she will soon face justice herself.
Did she violate his civil rights? Idk, let’s find out.

Have the trial at the federal courthouse in Islip in Suffolk County (Eastern Long Island), which Trump won by 12 points.
We Can't All Be Dafna Yoran
In the U.S. economy, there are people like Dafna Yoran, who get paid by the government to indulge in their ideology; the rest of us have to offer useful products or services in the market economy. Here, we will do just that.
As The Market Ear reported earlier today ("A Legend Expects A Crash In NVDA"), a longtime Nvidia (NVDA) observer expects a crash in the stock:
A PhD in NVDA crashes
"Over the past 25 years, I’ve witnessed five NVDA stock collapses of at least 55% and up to 90% and I’ve participated (via put options) in most of them. I expect a sixth relatively soon. As most know, I’ve been trading in and out of NVDA longer - term puts in recent months. However, prior to their latest report. I put the position back on in bigger size" (Fred Hickey)
The AI overbuilding bender
"Proving that human psychology never changes, here we are 24 years later and the tech industry is on another one of its overbuilding benders, even though it’s clear (to me) the result will (inevitably) be a capacity glut and collapse. Instead of the limitless computing capacity needs of the Internet, this time it’s the artificial intelligence (AI) story driving the capacity build out. This is a more dire situation than the great fiber-optic capacity overbuilds"
(Fred Hickey)
In the event Hickey is right, here are a couple of ways you can hedge your NVDA shares, one with optimal puts, and other with an optimal collar that effectively pays you to hedge:
