Friedman Agnifilo, a seasoned Manhattan legal heavyweight and former high-ranking deputy in the district attorney’s office, was retained to represent the 26-year-old suspect. Mangione’s arrest on Monday—inside a Pennsylvania McDonald’s where a customer recognized him from police bulletins—rocked both the legal world and the business elite.
