Joe Biden seems to believe that he was the vice president of the United States during the COVID pandemic in 2020.
Yes, really.
During a speech at the NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner in Detroit, Michigan Sunday, Biden declared “When I was vice president, things were kinda bad during the pandemic.”
Ok, so he meant president elect did he?
No, because he added “And what happened was Barack said to me, ‘Go to Detroit and help fix it’. Well, poor Mayor, he spent more time with me than he ever thought he was going to have to, God love you.”

Lets break it down.
Biden thinks Obama, whose second term ended in 2016, sent him as the vice president to Detroit to ‘fix’ the COVID pandemic, which didn’t happen until 2020.
What the hell is he talking about?
There's no way this man runs against Trump in November, there's just no way this is really going to happen... They gotta have a backup plan, right? 😳

Why would he go to Detroit to fix the pandemic?

Some suggested he was talking about Swine Flu in 2009, but there is still no explanation as to why going to Detroit would have fixed that when Texas and California were the focal points.
Indeed there were only 655 confirmed cases of H1N1 in Michigan.
Elsewhere during the speech Biden called Trump supporters “erectionists”:
