China: What Happened, What Did We See, Where Are We, And What's Next

It was a historic week for markets in China heading into the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic. Note that Chinese onshore markets will be offline from Oct 1st (Tuesday) to Oct 7th, reopening Oct 8th Tuesday one week from now, while HK markets will be shut on Oct 1st only. During the Golden Week holidays there will be no Southbound/Northbound trading.
