Yesterday we reported that after dumping a massive $100 billion in global stocks in the past two weeks, CTAs and most other systematic funds (with the exception of risk-parity) were done selling stocks, and their next move would most likely be to buy risk assets, especially if there was a move higher in risk.
This morning one of Goldman's top (and certainly best-paid) traders, Brian Garrett, confirms as much, and in his latest note (available to pro subs) which is a follow up to his observations from late last week which found "bearish sentiment was everywhere"...
