While it's no longer the sheer lunacy from a few weeks ago, when the Atlanta Fed's GDPNow was "tracking" Q3 US GDP at an idiotic 5.9%, and as of this morning the regional Fed has slashed its GDP goalseek-o-tron to a still laughable if somewhat more believable 4.9%...

... the reality is that no matter what Q3 GDP is - and the quarter will be over in two weeks - a much more important question for the Biden admin and 300+ million Americans is what happens in the year's final quarter.
